SDG is a private holding company offering the food service sector a wide range of quality equipment for the professional users. Included in the group are well known brand names such as Bear planetary mixers, Glimek make-up lines and Sveba-Dahlen ovens. Also included in the group are the Estonian companies Vilmix Ltd (a complete supplier of bakery machines and ingredients) and Sveba-Dahlen OÜ. In Latvia there is Unimix Ltd structured the same way as Vilmix Ltd but for the Latvian market.

 

Sveba-Dahlen AB, founder of the rotating rack-oven, develops, markets and produces a variety of rack, deck and tunnel ovens. They also produce proving chambers and fermentation lines for commercial/industrial bakeries as well as for the foodservice and catering industries.

A/S Wodschow & Co develops, produces and markets a wide production program of professional mixers under the name of BEAR Varimixer. The company was founded in 1915 and through specialisation in the production of mixers, Wodschow has become one of the world’s leading companies within this field.
